The Industry Specialist (Is.) recognition is one of MPPM's professional industry recognition initiatives. It is designed to recognise individuals who have accumulated substantial practical experience, expertise and contributions within a particular industry or professional field.
Industry knowledge is developed not only through formal education but also through years of practical experience, leadership, problem-solving and contribution to industry. MPPM therefore provides a platform through which eligible experienced practitioners may be evaluated for professional industry recognition.

Eligibility
Applicants should generally demonstrate:
- Relevant experience within a specific industry or professional sector.
- Evidence of professional achievements or industry involvement.
- Leadership, technical expertise or specialist knowledge.
- Contributions to their organisation, profession, industry or community.
- Commitment to professional and ethical standards.
Applications are subject to documentation, evaluation and approval by the relevant MPPM assessment or recognition panel.
